REPORTING

To uphold this commitment, we provide monthly progress reports to our clients, ensuring they are fully informed about the status of their projects. These reports are
prepared diligently, detailing accomplishments, challenges, and next steps, and are provided in duplicate – one for the client’s records and one for our own data management.

FINANCIAL CAPACITY

Moreover, we demonstrate our dedication to our clients’ satisfaction by implementing a fair and transparent payment policy. After the contract signing and site handover, we do not expect any advance payment to be made. This approach underscores our confidence in our ability to deliver exceptional results and our willingness to prioritize our clients’ peace of mind throughout the construction process

SOURCES OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

SAND

We have identified a material source for sand in Langano town that is found around 126 km from the project site. The contractor will allocate his own dump trucks to haul this construction material.

STONE FOR MASONRY & CRUSHED AGGREGATE

We have also identified quarry sites for abundant stone sources for masonry wall construction and crushed aggregate.
